I hear quite often that mom’s are hard to buy for. Really? Are we really that difficult to understand? 

Does wanting an endless supply of coffee, yoga pants for every day of the week, a housekeeper and on-call babysitter really to much to ask for? 

Okay. So maybe we just need to be realistic. 

Yes. I know that Valentine’s Day seems to be just another one of those “commercialized” holidays. And we seemed to just have come down off of the crazy holiday love from Christmas and New Years. But it is OKAY to find an excuse to love on your loved ones and spoil them a bit! 

I am a horrible gift giver. Not that I don’t give great gifts. No. It’s that I totally out myself when I buy them! I can’t WAIT to give the gift! Especially when it comes to my husband and my kids… (My little sister also falls in this category of can’t wait, too) I just feel like I will EXPLODE if I don’t give it to them right away! I am working on some special surprises for all my sweet loved ones for Valentine’s Day this year. Hopefully, I won’t give myself away and spill the proverbial “beans” from my excitement.

As a mother of little minions and wife to an amazing man, I, myself, am hoping for Valentine’s Day to be filled with little expression of love from my hubby and children. In the hopes of declaring honesty, transparency, and dropping quite a few hints…. “Ahem” I would like to share with you some amazing ideas for Valentine’s Day gift ideas for the mom in your life.
