Currently, in my home, there are two toddlers.
Yes. Two little people who are discovering this world at an alarming rate! They are coming face to face with very strong emotions, desire, wants, and disappointments. They are both hilarious and overwhelming at the same time. They are my twin girls!
You would think that this being the fifth and sixth toddler in my home I would be a pro. Nope. Not gonna lie. I am still left shaking my head and wondering how in the world I am going to get nutrition into these suddenly picky eaters who don’t want to sit still for more than a millisecond or would prefer discovering what it would feel like to stuff mashed potatoes in their belly buttons.
Some days I am not sure that my toddlers are actually getting good nutritious food into their bellies (I feel like the dogs may be getting fed a lot of it…) I am thankful for Stage 3 Gerber® Good Start® Grow Toddler Drink! It was such an easy transition for my girls from formula to Toddler Drink.
Stage 3 Gerber® Good Start® Grow Toddler Drink has essential nutrients and vitamins. (Such as, Iron, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E and Potassium) If most of the food I have served them ends up somewhere other than their bellies I am confident that they are getting the nutrition support they need for their growing little bodies and minds.
**Side Note: I LOVE that Gerber has taken a stand and is Non-GMO (GO GERBER!!!)
My “Mommy Brain” is in full force lately, so I decided to take the guess work out of figuring out what nutritional foods I can serve my twin toddlers and made a cheat sheet to hang on the fridge! Call me lazy. Call me a genius!
When you have a toddler (let alone TWO toddlers) CHEATING is totally allowed and encouraged!
Of course, they are more than willing to eat Birthday Cake, candy of any kind, ice cream, chips, popcorn, and cookies. No problem….
I know that they love to try new foods! I know that they like a TON of foods. But apparently, we just have to be “in the Mood” for some of these foods! Ahem!
If you are parent or care taker of a toddler, then you know that mealtime and snack time are NOT the best times to pull out a luxurious fancy meal. This is an all hands on deck and food everywhere kind of situation! You may or may not wonder at times whether any food you gave your toddler actually made it into their little tummies at all.
I try to have all of these foods on hand for my girls. They love variety. And it makes meal time and snack time a bit more exciting for them. Lately, we even have had requests for apples, oranges, “bean-beans” (a.k.a. Green Beans) and chicken! Feel free to Print your own cheat sheet for those days you just don’t know what to feed them!
We also love our Toddler Drink.
And although, feeding my toddlers is definitely a rollercoaster of ups and downs, I am so thankful for the two of them in my life! I am so blessed to be their momma!

I work with toddlers so I totally get it.
There are days when I struggle with what to feed myself let alone what to feed them!
Great printable, I am going to share it with my day home parents.
I wish this toddler formula had been around when my daughter was little. She had stomach issues and wouldn’t eat just about anything.
that is such a great list too and I love all the healthy options. I have neices so know it can be tricky finding the right foods and snacks for them.
Awesome. My son is slightly past the toddler stage but I still give him toddler formulas. I think it’s a wonderful way to supplement.
Oh toddlers. Such a fun age but can be very trying when it comes to food. I like your printable it is really cute.
I would have loved this list for when my boys were toddlers. I often felt like I was feeding them the same handful of foods over and over again. Thanks for sharing a printable!
This would have been great when my kids were younger. I’ll pass this along to my granddaughter’s mom for sure!
What a great printable! I could have used it when my kids were toddlers!
I could have used this when my four kids were younger. They all liked different foods and I had one that was super picky and this would have helped ease my mind.
This is a great list! I don’t have any toddlers right now, but I will in a couple years. Pinning for later!
I love this list you have here – what a great help for people with the little ones. I wish I still had a toddler – I miss it 😉
My daughter loves blueberries right now. She can’t get enough.
Right now, my little one loves blueberries!
My son loves strawberries right now!
