*A Ninja Coffee Bar was provided to me to review. All obsession with coffee is all my own.
It is no secret that coffee is the fuel this momma runs on!!!
I dream about coffee….
I live for coffee…
Is there anything more wonderful than a beautiful cup of coffee? No… There is not.
I literally squealed with delight when my husband called to tell me that my Ninja Coffee Bar had arrived in the mail!
I mean, I squealed like a teenage girl at a Justin Bieber concert…. That is how excited I get about coffee!
I have been dreaming about the Ninja Coffee Bar since it first came out. I am already in love with Ninja & Shark products. I love my Ninja Blender and the Shark Vacuum my husband gave me for Christmas a few years ago is AMAZING! But, back to the Coffee….
I took great care in cleaning a large area off the counter for my Ninja Coffee Bar . I knew there needed to be plenty of room to make all kinds of coffee creations. This coffee maker doesn’t just brew coffee… No. No. No. It turns you into a full on Barista!
Don’t worry if you are a one cup kind of a person… (We can still be friends if you are…)
The Ninja Coffee Bar does have an option to brew a single cup or a single large cup, a travel mug, a half a pot, or a full pot. My favorite setting is the rich brew option. It brews dark and full flavored coffee. No thin coffee for this girl!
There is also an attached milk frother that easily swings out and froths milk just beautifully. To be honest this is my favorite feature.
Oh, and one more feature you should know… The iced coffee feature is brilliant! I am always skeptical about iced coffee. I am VERY picky. I am pleasantly pleased with the iced coffee feature and excited for the summer when I will be drinking it by the gallon.
I invited another mom over for a play date and coffee. She is a fellow coffee addict (which is why we are becoming good friends, of course…) She and I both agreed that the drinks we made were just as good if not better than our favorite coffee shop where we pay $5 or more for a drink!
You know I can never be content to make just coffee… I had to make my own drink and create a few coffee syrups to play around with! My new favorite is Cinnamon Brown Sugar Coffee Syrup. It is so stinking easy to make and it just takes your coffee over the top. Not to mention I look like a rock star during mommy play dates with my gourmet syrup and frothed milk to add to the coffee!! Hehehe!
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Combine all ingredients in small saucepan.
- Simmer on low until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour into syrup container and store in fridge when not using.
- Add to desired amount to coffee for a sweet cinnamon flavoring.
Happy Coffee Time!

I take my coffee with cream and a bit of sugar and then I take several refills of the same, thank you very much. I’ve never done anything with simple syrups, but this one sounds both tasty and super easy to make!

I like plajn, strong coffee. Just as long as it’s not bitter I’m happy. But I believe home made syrups are so much better than store bought alternatives. Thanks for your thoughts on the ninja

I have a Ninja and now I totally need to make this. I am a total java junkie and love experimenting with new ways to enjoy my cuppa Joe!

Ooh! I need one of those. I love coffee more than I should. I also love the ninja which I currently use for juicing; almost on a daily basis. Seems excellent. Maybe I need to get me one of those.

Now that is a cool machine! It would be awesome to make some of that syrup. I’d love to add some flavor to our coffee.
