Don’t stress over snack time. Keep it simple with Kidfresh!
I have four VERY hungry boys in my home right now. The girls like to eat and snack, but there is no comparing the bottomless pits of my four boys.
They can consume an entire grocery trips worth of snacks in two days flat!
It’s insane. I am literally baffled by their appetites some days. And they are not even TEENAGERS!!!!
When they are at home and not in school for the day, such as weekends, holidays, teacher training days, etc… It seems like their appetites triple in size! We have learned the hard way that you don’t want to be unprepared for the rumbling bellies of all four boys at once!
My boys have now learned that there is a good way to snack and a bad way. A good way to snack is to eat veggies, fruit, and protein with a little bit of carbs thrown in.
Kidfresh makes it sooooooo simple for me! I stock up whenever I stop at H-E-B with Kid Fresh Chicken Nuggets, Fish Sticks, Wagon Wheels Mac & Cheese and more.
The kids love Kidfresh meals! And I love that the are nutritious with hidden veggies in them and made with simple ingredients and have LOTS of protein.
If you have easy and quick snack and meal options like Kidfresh in the freezer you don’t have to think when you are literally attacked by four crazy boys who will DIE without sustenance!
My boys know that if they want to eat, they better help! They have no problem heading to the laundry room freezer to raid my Kidfresh meals stock for their snack.
Let’s not talk about how my laundry room looks… Can I just chalk it up to having a full-time job and six kids?!?!
Today the boys were home due to a Teacher Training day. I loved that they all were completely engrossed with learning how to draw superheroes!
Jimmy brought out all the craft supplies for everyone to follow the step by step tutorial video. It was so sweet watching them all encourage each other as they tried to follow the steps.
We did have to stop midway through the project to eat a substantial snack, which truthfully, felt like a full meal! But I know that they only counted it as a snack.
But I have no worries that Kidfresh will keep them full until it is actually dinnertime!
Happy Kid Moments,
Keikilani

My niece loves these little meals and snack. She takes them to daycare so I keep a variety of them in my freezer.

I haven’t seen these in the stores around here. Would love to try them – they look much healthier than what my girls are snacking on right now.

Hmm, I need to see if there is a place here in the city to pick these up.
It’s a struggle to keep the kids out of the luck treats so this would be a much better choice!
They look delicious!
