Three Bagel sandwiches for the win! Breakfast Bagel, Lunch Bagel, Dinner Bagel… Easy and delicious
Sometimes we go to Sam’s Club as a family just for fun! Seriously, we do. Where else can you get a large cart with aisles big enough for my 6,000 6 children to run down?
We usually take our time perusing the many aisles, tasting samples, and wondering what we used to do for fun before we had kids….
Last trip to Sam’s Club, my husband saw the double pack of Thomas Bagels and declared that he wanted bagels for breakfast and maybe I could make some new sandwiches?
Of course, you know I am up to the challenge to twist things up, make them unique and over the top. So into our cart went Thomas Everything Soft and Chewy Bagels. It was a hard decision as we also love Thomas Plain Soft and Chewy Bagels. Next time… I am getting the plain and making some bagel desserts!
Thomas’ Bagels are our favorite. They are soft on the inside, flavorful, and always delicious. They are so versatile and toppable. I am so glad Sam’s Club is stocking them in their stores now.
Because I like to explore every meal and flavor…. I made three new bagel recipes for us this week already.
No more boring breakfast routine for us. We are waking up to what’s possible with all the creative juices flowing with this Egg in the Hole Bagel.
This is really a “no recipe” recipe. I used spray butter on each side of the bagel. Toasted the outside in a skillet first and when I flipped it over cracked an egg into the center of each bagel halve. Cover the bagels with a lid to cook the yolk. Serve with some orange slices for a delicious breakfast!
Lunch was a fun twist with a Bagel ABLT. Avocado, Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato Bagel Sandwich. Smear your bagel with your favorite mayo and layer on the avocado, bacon, lettuce & tomato. Toast the bagel if you want it to have a little extra crunch.
And we can’t ignore dinner! Baked Bagel Turkey Melts.
Mix together equal parts softened cream cheese and shredded parmesan and spread on the bottom of the bagel. Layer pepper jack cheese slices and sliced turkey. Spread stone ground mustard on the top of the bagel, wrap in tinfoil and bake in a 350˚ oven for 10 minutes.
Carefully eat this delicious hot & melty bagel sandwich! The flavors are so delicious you won’t want to stop eating!
Isn’t it fun twisting up breakfast, lunch and dinner with bagels? I certainly think so!
