Holy Moly! Summer is HERE! And it’s time to share the summer Must-Haves for the Kids and lots of fun.
My philosophy for children is to always add water.
As often as possible…
For as long as possible.
Water is our favorite way to stay cool and get out a LOT of energy during the summer.
Whether you are going to the lake, the beach, the waterpark, the community pool, your backyard pool or the garden hose… add lots of water and create fun memories this summer.
Best Swim Goggles that buckle in the back, are leak proof, and are polarized. We stopped buying the cheap-y kids goggles that leaked and found these to be the kids favorites of all time! They are perfect for diving for toys. We play so many diving games and relay races with this fun pack.
Have an inspiring YouTuber? This water proof video camera is a perfect starter for them. They can attach the camera to their bike, swim with it under water, or exploring a new park.
When the kids aren’t in the water, this giant Connect Four Game can be played both indoors or outdoors. And if you want to add more than two players… then go for giant Jenga.
A bucket of Sidewalk Chalk should never be underestimated for hours of fun for many ages. We use chalk to create obstacle courses, hopscotch, stained glass art, and more!
Even after all the adventures they had, the children in Mary Poppins still had the best day flying a kite! These octopus kites are fun to fly and gorgeous in the air.
Sadly, it is not always possible to play outdoors and get all the energy out…
This is where this hover soccer and blow up goal comes into play! Kick this hovering soccer ball around the house and play indoor soccer without cringing the entire time.
I don’t care how old your kids are. Playing with play dough can be a fun and entertaining activity! With 12 colors in this play dough pack we do sculpture challenges and I totally relax on the mixing of colors and allow their imaginations to run wild.
And if you have a wild one or two (or three), then this pogo stick is perfect for both indoor and outdoors. The foam bottom won’t make marks on your floor. They will also be working on their balance skills while they are hopping around the house too!
We use our Summer Rules, Summer Schedule and Summer Bucket List Printable Pack to keep expectations clear for the kids during the summer. Still having somewhat of a routine is so helpful to the entire family. Also, helpful to keep the house from becoming total chaos!
If you haven’t yet, you can grab the Summer Printable Pack for FREE by filling out the box below.
